Come and meet Anglo-Saxon and Viking people as they live and work alongside each other in the Village at West Stow.
A fascinating Living History weekend with members of The Dark Age Society. Anglo-Saxons and Viking cultures come together in the Anglo-Saxon Village, living and working together and also demonstrating their own individual ways of life. Talk to the re-enactors and find out more about this period of history....the different clothing, textiles, crafts. skills and daily life....and take the opportunity to talk with them about their weapons and armoury, and maybe watch some combat demonstrations!
