Meet WUFFA – this Easter and August Bank Holiday
Saturday 4 to Monday 6 April and Saturday 29 to Monday 31 August
This Easter and August bank holiday weekend, Wuffa Viking and Saxon Re-enactment Society bring a mix of crafts and weaponry displays to West Stow.
They specialise in the dark age period that was dominated by the ferocious 'Vikings' and brutal Saxons. Enjoy all parts of the dark age lifestyle including combat, but also day to day life, such as cooking, blacksmithing, tailoring, music and much more.
Heroes Assemble! this Easter Holidays
Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April
Get your kids off their screens this Easter!
Swap screens and consoles for real adventure with an interactive, live-action experience your young heroes will never forget.
They can train as fearless warriors and skilled hunters, search the village for hidden components, solve tricky riddles and battle re-enactors as they prepare for the quest ahead - a final showdown with the fearsome Ulfhednar Sorcerer!

Step back in time with the Wulfheodenas!
Experience the world of the early Anglo-Saxons like never before. The members of Wulfheodenas meticulously recreate weapons, clothing, crafts, and everyday items from the 5th to 7th centuries, using authentic archaeological research.
