Toilet facilities are available both in the car park and within the visitor centre (by admission only). Baby-changing facilities are available in all of the accessible toilets* in the car park, visitor centre, Anglo-Saxon Museum and café.
Children are very welcome. There are a number of child-friendly activities in the museum including dressing up, quizzes and trails.
There is a children's trail.
The museum, visitor centre and café at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village are wheelchair accessible via ramps and gravel paths.
There is seating for visitors in the museum, village, visitor centre and café.
Dogs are welcome in the café and country park. Dogs must be on a lead in the country park. Assistance dogs only are allowed into the visitor centre, museum and Village.
There is a café on site which is just outside the visitor centre and is available to admission payers and those visiting the park/playground. Please note, no food or drink is allowed in the visitor centre, museum and village.
