Join us at West Stow Country Park for a 4-date nature based wellbeing workshop. We will use nature, basic survival skills combined with reflective and therapeutic exercises to help you identify who you are, how you show in the world and to takes steps towards aligning your authentic self with the direction of your life.
Who is this course for –
• Anyone that feels like something needs to change in their life but never seem to have the time or impetus to make that change.
• Anyone who struggles with being their true self in the most important areas of their lives.
• Anyone who is unsure of what to do next, what the next step should be.
Along with other participants in a natural setting, you will be given the time and tools to ask yourself some simple questions designed to help you notice what is authentically you and take some steps towards aligning that version of you to the direction of your life.

Food and Drink: Please bring a packed lunch and water. Hot drinks and snacks will be provided.
Weather: It’s the UK (although summer, we could have rain, hale, or extreme heat on any of the programme days so please come prepared with sunscreen, hats and appropriate clothing – See below
Clothing: Appropriate outdoor clothing is advised.
Feet: Walking boots or shoes (preferred) – wellies and trainers are not ideal but trainers can be ok if they have strong and robust soles.
Body: Underlayers/overlayers should if its cold (legs and body). Cotton is not recommended if its cold/wet. Waterproofs advised as a back up.
