A fun family Twistory weekend at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village, where fact and fiction blur!
When history goes wrong anything can happen! Come and have a fun Twistory day out in the Anglo-Saxon Village at West Stow with members of the The Dark Age group. Lots of activities for all the family - get your Twistory card stamped at each activity so you can join in the final battle! There will be Knight training – learning how to fight safely in the special training area. Find out about magic and potions, and make tea from wild herbs in the Apothecary’s house - maybe make some pine cones which will change the colour of fire! Enjoy the story telling with epic tales of raiders and monsters and battles won and lost. Be an adventurer and have a go at the treasure hunt around the Village! Also a chance to see the blacksmith at work and to visit the Orc camp – who will dare to engage them in combat?
