Forest Bathing at West Stow

Forest Bathing at West Stow

Event details

Wellness Wednesdays

Join us as we take a walk through West Stow Country Park, giving you an opportunity to truly slow down and unwind.

The ancient practice of slowing everything right down, engaging all of our senses and truly immersing ourselves in our surroundings.

We walk slowly, talk little and notice so much more than we would normally. In these sessions I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, ‘sit spot’ invitations and a sprinkling of sound therapy. We conclude with a tea ceremony and sharing circle. This can be a transformative practice that really deepens our relationship with the natural world and helps participants to realise their oneness with nature.

All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the session.
