Mindfulness Mondays

Join us to explore the practices of meditation and breathwork at West Stow Country Park.

An introduction to Pranayama (the Science of Breath) whereby you will learn breath techniques and exercises to soothe your body and calm your mind. Followed by an introduction to guided mediation.

These sessions will take place outside (seated or laying down) please bring mats, blanket and cushions for comfort and a drink of water.

  • Suitable for ages 18 and over
  • Open to all abilities
  • Mat provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have one
  • Dress in layers
  • Meet at the visitor centre 10 mins before session start time
  • This session is outdoors, please wear appropriate clothing
  • Parking charges apply
  • This session excludes admission to the Anglo-Saxon Village
