Intermediate Yoga & Meditation at West Stow

Prepare for the weekend with this intermediate yoga flow and meditation practice at West Stow Country Park.

A flowing yoga session where we will explore intermediate movement and asana, paired with our breath to dive deeper into our practise and release tension in the body and mind.

Most suited to those who have tried yoga before and have a reasonable level of fitness. We will enjoy an extended period of balancing breathwork and meditation to absorb and conclude the session.

Further Information:

• Suitable for 18+.
• These sessions will take place outside please wear layers, bring mats, blanket and cushions for comfort and a drink of water.
• Please note you will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to participation.

• On arrival, please follow the event signs
• This session is outdoors, please wear appropriate clothing.
• Please note there is a variety of terrain within the Country Park.
• Parking fees apply
• This session excludes admission to the Anglo-Saxon Village
