Join us in West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village for an outdoor yoga practice to honour and celebrate the longest day, the first day of summer and International Yoga Day.
This will be an inclusive practice open to all levels. We will begin with a short meditation and breathwork and end with a relaxation. In between we will explore a range of Sun Salutations, both classical and creative. A fantastic opportunity to connect as a community, connect with nature, celebrate the sun and bask in the joy and promise of summer. Further Info:
