Wind down your weekend in the best possible way with Restorative Yoga, Rebalancing Breathwork and Relaxing Meditation with Yoga with Tracey.
Opening the body, breath and mind naturally and progressively to invite space within will create the perfect environment to promote deep physical and mental relaxation.
Our gentle movement and breath practices will soften the pathways within to free tension, blocked energies or feelings of being “stuck” within the physical and energetic body.
We will soothe the nervous system, balance hormones, rest muscles and calm the mind - connecting to our inner peace and stability. We can step off the mat refreshed and enabled to step into the week ahead.
Your investment in the afternoon is £25 and your commitment to yourself is to make time to reconnect with your body and mind and be present within the moment.
NB: The practice is gentle, and floor based and is suitable for all bodies.

There are 3 dates scheduled in our Sunday Slowdown series and each will be specifically curated to offer something new for returning students, with all of the same benefits.
Tracey is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified and experienced teacher.
Event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the session start time to complete a health questionnaire.
