Join Bear Number 9 for a Day of the Drum and Medicine pouch crafting workshop in West Stow Country Park.
Exploring ways of connecting with the ancient frequencies of the drum and honouring this special time of the year.
Joining around the fire, drumming together as one, as humans have always done to experience for yourself, how relaxing and enjoyable drumming can be.
Your hosts Benny and Claire will share some simple, yet powerful ways of working with these beautiful deer skin drums to improve our health and connection to everything.
People all over the world work with these drums to honour life transitions, journeying, healing and prayer.
We will explore these areas in more depth throughout the day in smaller groups and as one.
We will be outside all day and freshly gathered herbal teas will be provided.
Lunch is not provided.
