As part of our ‘Wellbeing at West Stow’ offering, we’re hosting a series of Sunday Morning outdoor yoga sessions this Summer, led by 3 brilliant local yoga practitioners.

Each will bring their own unique style of teaching, so you can explore different forms of yoga throughout the Summer.
If you have been wanting to give yoga a try but not found a suitable opportunity, this is the session for you. Welcoming and encouraging you will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga that leave you feeling relaxed and energised and hopefully inspire you to continue your yoga practice.

Admission: £3 per person (under 16s - free, where applicable)
Time: 9.30am – 10.30am
Booking: Advised, but tickets can also be purchased on the day by cash or card.

These sessions will take place outside please wear layers, bring mats, blanket and cushions for comfort and a drink of water.
A limited number of mats are available for use should you not have one.
No Dogs permitted in the Anglo-Saxon Village, assistance dogs only
